Prior to founding Project Land, Federico Zapata was a Real Estate Development Manager working with highly respected and prized real estate firms in Florida and California, focusing primarily on projects throughout the southeast of the United States.

During the course of his real estate career, Federico has been responsible for acquisitions, pre-development, programming, planning, design, and construction of real estate assets with an aggregate value of over $1Bn.

Before his real estate career, Federico worked as a Project Architect for Arquitectonica, an internationally known architecture firm based in Miami. He attended FIU to earn a BA and Master’s Degree in Architecture with an emphasis on Business. He also earned a Professional Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT.

Ana María Montoya is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in financial management, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance across the real estate and logistics sectors in both the United States and Colombia. She joined Project Land, bringing over five years of hands-on accounting experience across private companies and development initiatives.

Throughout her career, Ana María has been responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and the implementation of internal controls and compliance systems under U.S. and international standards. Ana María holds a degree in Public Accounting and a technical certification in commercial systems configuration from Universidad de Manizales.

Yuliany Ruiz Ponce is an Architect with experience in architectural design, interior design, and construction coordination across residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Project Land, she collaborated with respected architecture and design firms, where she worked on plan development, material specification, rendering, and project documentation.

Throughout her professional career, Yuliany has contributed to design and construction efforts from conceptual development to project execution, with a focus on project execution, spatial planning, and BIM coordination. Yuliany earned her Architecture degree from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, where she also completed a certification in BIM modeling and was awarded academic honors for excellence.

María de los Ángeles Gallego is an Architect with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial project management, with a focus on high-end homes and premium commercial buildings. Prior to joining Project Land, she led the design, coordination, and on-site execution of numerous residential projects and numerous commercial projects.

Throughout her career, María has specialized in site supervision, quality control, cost optimization, and the selection of high-end finishes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universidad Católica de Manizales, with additional specializations in Commercial Management from Universidad de La Sabana and Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising from Artidi, Barcelona.
